Modernization asset document selection form
The Modernization asset document selection form opens from a field or command in another document. It has no separate menu item. Viewing and selecting require view permission for the corresponding document.
Which documents are shown
The form receives context from the document that opened it. Organization, partner, currency, period, posting state, or operation type may limit the result. A missing record therefore does not always mean that it is absent from the full list.
Search and select
Leave Search empty to see every record allowed by the current context. If needed, enter a number, name, or a value from Number and Date. The filter button opens additional criteria, and Refresh reloads the result.
Verify the number, date, organization, and document state before selection.
To return a document to the previous form, double-click its row or select it and choose Select. Close returns without a selection.
