Export declaration list
Records a customs declaration for an export operation and related sales documents.
How to open
Open one of the available paths:
- Sales → Documents → Export Declaration
Opening the list requires view permission. Creating and editing require edit permission, deletion requires delete permission, and posting or unposting requires post permission. Menu visibility alone does not grant these permissions.
Search and filters
Leave Search empty to see all available records. For a quick lookup, enter a known number, name, or another value displayed in the table. The verified form can be searched conveniently by Document date, Number, Organization, Updated at. The filter button opens additional criteria, and Refresh reloads the list.
Columns and actions
The table displays Id, Document date, Number, Organization, Operation Kind, Responsible, Created at, Updated at. The visible set may change with screen width and available data.
Create opens a new document, Edit opens the selected record, and Create copy transfers its data into a new document. Saved documents can be posted and unposted. Marking a document as deleted hides it from the regular list; showing deleted records lets you find and restore it. Permanent deletion is available only when permissions and dependencies allow it.
