Legal entity structure
Parameters, generation, and result handling for the “Legal entity structure” report.
The “Legal entity structure” report generates an analytical result for the selected parameters. Generating the report does not change accounting data.
How to open
In BookSoft, open Staff → Reports → Legal entity structure. Access to the corresponding menu item and report viewing permission are required.
Report parameters

| Organization | Select the organization; the available data scope and report currency depend on this selection. |
Generate the report
- Select the organization, period, and any other required parameters.
- Leave optional filters empty when the result should not be narrowed.
- Click Generate.
- Verify the generated result header and parameters before continuing.
Result and actions
Depending on the parameters, the result contains these indicators and columns: Legal Entity Structure Report, as Of Date. The column set may change with grouping or detail settings.
After checking the result, use Print or Export to Excel. Export and printing use the current report parameters and structure.
