Batch list

Search and work with data on the Batch list page.

Batches show inventory batches produced by stock movement documents.

How to open

You can open the page from any of these paths:

  • Inventory → Catalogs → Batch;
  • Manufacturing → Catalogs → Batch;

Available commands depend on your role permissions.

Search and review

You can narrow the result using search, Document period, Creation period, UpdatePeriod, Document Kind, Nomenclature, Variation, Unit and Is Check Stock Available. Refresh the list after changing the conditions.

The table or tree shows Id, Organization, BatchDocument, RowNumberOfDocument, Remainder, Nomenclature, Unit, Warehouse, CreationDateTime, UpdateDateTime and CommissionBased. These columns help verify a record before opening its card. Select an available column header to sort and use pagination when the result spans several pages.

Working with the list

The page is intended for viewing and selecting data; it has no separate editing commands. Check the selected row before running an action.
