Location selection form
The selection form opens from a selection field in documents, cards, or filters. It has no separate menu item.
Available records
The form that opens the selector passes its context. The result is limited by organization, operation type, record state, or other selected values when the starting form supplies those conditions. If a record is missing, check the starting form values and active filters.
Search and selection
You can narrow the result using Parent Items, search and Location Type. The table shows Name, LocationType, IsoCode, Alpha2 and Alpha3. Refresh the result and use pagination when needed.
To return a value to the starting field, select a row and double-click it or choose Select. Close returns without a selection. The ability to create or edit a record from the selection form depends on the scenario and role permissions.
