Enumeration list
The Enumeration list brings together classifiers used in BookSoft forms and documents. These include business segments, activity types, sales channels, VAT rates, address types, and other values. The records and available actions depend on the selected enumeration type.
How to open
Go to Settings → Catalogs → Enumerations.
Select an enumeration on the left. Its values appear in the table on the right. Refresh reloads the current enumeration, while the language selector determines which localized names are displayed.

Data in the list
The common view displays:
- # — the record identifier;
- Name — the localized name in the selected language.
Some enumerations have additional columns, such as sort order, code, rate, a system-value marker, or special parameters. The exact fields are described on the page for the corresponding enumeration.
System values are supplied with the product. Depending on the enumeration type, they are either read-only or only partly editable. User-defined values are created for the current tenant and edited through the available actions. The enumeration type and your role permissions determine whether a button or command is available.
Actions
Create opens a new record, and Edit opens the selected row. The Actions menu may contain commands for marking a value inactive, returning it to the active state, marking it as deleted, restoring it, and showing hidden records. If a command is unavailable, the enumeration type or the selected record does not support that operation.
After creating or changing a value, select Refresh. The new active value then becomes available in the selection forms that use the enumeration. Inactive and deleted records are normally excluded from new selections but remain in previously saved data.
