Personal military accounting lists
The “Personal military accounting lists” report generates an analytical result for the selected parameters. Generating the report does not change accounting data.
How to open
In BookSoft, open Reports → General reports → HR reports → Personal military accounting lists. Access to the corresponding menu item and report viewing permission are required.
Report parameters
| Field | How to use it |

| Organization | Select the organization; the available data scope and report currency depend on this selection. |
| Employee | Select a value to narrow the result; an empty optional field does not restrict the data set. |
| Department | Select a value to narrow the result; an empty optional field does not restrict the data set. |
| Position | Fill it for the required context; an optional field may remain empty. |
| Military Group | Fill it for the required context; an optional field may remain empty. |
| Military Category | Fill it for the required context; an optional field may remain empty. |
| Military Rank | Fill it for the required context; an optional field may remain empty. |
Generate the report
- Select the organization, period, and any other required parameters.
- Leave optional filters empty when the result should not be narrowed.
- Click Generate.
- Verify the generated result header and parameters before continuing.
The Filters command opens additional restrictions. When Grouping is available, set the required levels and their order, then generate the report again.
Result and actions
Depending on the parameters, the result contains these indicators and columns: Personal Military Accounting Lists Report, as Of Date, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column01, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column02, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column03, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column04, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column05, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column06, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column07, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column08, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column09, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column10, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column11, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column12, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column13, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column14, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column15, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column16, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column17, Personal Military Accounting Lists Column18. The column set may change with grouping or detail settings.
After checking the result, use Print or Export to Excel. Export and printing use the current report parameters and structure.
