Document list forms

Searching, filtering, and using available actions in document lists.

A document list form displays documents of one type. It can include a number, date, status, organization, responsible person, and other columns needed for that document type.

Search and filters

  • Enter part of a number, name, or another value from the table into Search.
  • Use additional filters such as period, organization, or state when the form displays them.
  • Select refresh to load the result again.
  • Clear active filters when needed to return to a broader list.

The available records are determined by the list conditions and the user’s permissions. The table can support sorting and pagination.

List actions

Create opens a new document, while Edit opens the selected one. In some modules, double-clicking also opens the form. The Actions menu can include creating a copy, marking for deletion or restoring, applying, unapplying, and viewing related documents or movements.

Apply and unapply commands are shown only for document types that support them and depend on the selected record’s state. Do not act on the button label alone: check the form messages and the rules for the specific document.
